From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Scott Reidenbach is the CEO of 1985 Pavilion, LLC and the Founding Principal of Reidenbach and Associates LLC, a law firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Early life and education[edit]

Reidenbach grew up in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He attended Cheshire Academy in Connecticut and played on The Cat's baseball team. At eleven years old, Reidenbach hit 265 consecutive hits off the academy's pitching machine. He excelled at the sport and it earned him a scholarship to play baseball at Villanova University. Reidenbach pitched for the Villanova Baseball team and led the Wildcats to two Big East Championships in 1991 and 1993. Reidenbach earned his BS from Villanova University in 1993 and his JD from Widener University School of Law in 1997.

Career[edit]

Reidenbach began his professional career as an Associate Attorney at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 1999. After two years, Reidenbach transitioned to Steven L. Sugarman & Associates in 2001 and remained with the company for six years. In 2007, Reidenbach began his own law firm, Reidenbach & Associates, LLC. For the past 11 years, Reidenbach & Associates, LLC has been known as 'The Law Firm of the Main Line.' In 2016, prior to Villanova Unviersity's $60 million dollar renovation of The Pavilion, Reidenbach started 1985 Pavilion LLC.

1985 Pavilion LLC[edit]

Reidenbach and his wife, Sheryl, started this company as a passion project. As Villanova graduates, they wanted to keep The Pavilion's legacy alive by taking the remnants of the building and making them accessible to students, alumni and fans. They have refurbished court and bench wood into various types of products and have held local auctions for priceless Wildcat memorabilia.

Reidenbach mentions that once he heard The Pavilion was being renovated, he thought "What were they going to do with all of that stuff?”[1] Reidenbach had no experience taking on a project like The Pavilion, but considering that he started his own law firm, he figured he could make it work.[1] Reidenbach's wife, Sheryl was quoted in CBS 3 Philly saying, “When the wood is gone it will be over but our love and our passion for the school and for the team and for the university as a whole will obviously continue.”[2]
