Scott Spiker is an American alderman for the 13th district of Milwaukee. He is a non-partisan politician. He was voted into office on July 16, [1] 2019 following a special election[2] being held after Terry Witkowski, the former alderman of the 13th district, stepped down on May 30, 2019.[3] Spiker is chair of the Milwaukee Common Council's Public Safety and Health Committee.[4]
