Scout Gaming Group
Scout Gaming Group is a licensed B2B provider of daily fantasy sports, fantasy betting and sportsbook solutions, operating a network-based platform used by online gaming operators.[1] In November 2020, Scout Gaming signed an agreement with Meridianbet, enabling the launch of its fantasy sports products across Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina through both retail outlets and online channels.[2] The company expanded its international footprint through partnerships with major operators, including bet365 in 2022 and Betano in 2021, supplying fantasy sports and betting products.[3][4] Scout Gaming was listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and held licences in Malta and the United Kingdom, along with certifications in several other regulated markets.[1] In January 2020, Enlabs invested SEK 10 million in Scout Gaming, acquiring approximately 4.5% ownership in the company.[5] In March 2026, Scout agreed to sell its operating business, including Scout Holding Ltd and its subsidiaries, to ImpactWin Group. Following the sale, Scout Gaming announced plans to delist from Nasdaq First North Growth Market and proceed with a voluntary liquidation, while its former operations continue under ImpactWin ownership.[6][7]
