Sebastian Cowan (born 1986) is a Canadian music executive, recording engineer and entrepreneur. [1][2][3]

In 2007 Cowan graduated with a BA Hons degree in Audio Technology and Music Industry Studies in London, UK and moved to Montreal, Quebec, where he founded arts collective and venue space Lab Synthese and became a prominent member in the Montreal DIY music scene.[4][5][6][7]. In 2008 he co-founded the zine 'Beaubien Magazine' [8], in 2009 he founded the record label Arbutus Records [9][10][11], and he co-founded the non-profit internet radio station n10.as radio in 2016.[12][13][14]
