Biography
Alexandre FROMENT, born October 25, 1981, in Annemasse (Haute-Savoie), is a computer scientist and French entrepreneur specializing in computer training for all brands. He is known for having founded the company Billaxel Formation Informatique in 2005 in Douvaine, in Haute-Savoie, a company which he still manages to this day. Thanks to the success and notoriety of his activity, he devotes part of his income to various associations, foundations, and ecological, sporting, and social organizations.
Early Life
After obtaining his Baccalaureate in Tertiary Science and Technology in Thonon-les-Bains in 2001, Alexandre decided to take a year to discover the professional world. He became acquainted with the professional world at the UBISOFT company in Annecy. He kept his place as a versatile tester for 13 months before traveling to Australia to improve his English language skills. In 2003, Alexandre resumed his studies to obtain a BTS in management and business creation. He chose to work-study and became the employee of Mr. and Mrs. BERGER, founders of the companies CAP SOLUTION INFORMATIQUE and REZO MOBILE (of which Alexandre becomes a minority shareholder) located in Bons en Chablais and Douvaine. After obtaining his diploma and with his experience, Alexandre decided to create his company in August 2005 in order to train those most reluctant to use technology.
Career
Alexandre FROMENT began his career in 2001 at UbiSoft Annecy as a versatile video game tester. This job was a revelation for him! After 13 months in this company, he finished his studies and founded the company Billaxel Formation Informatique in August 2005. At the time, his company offered home assistance on computers running Microsoft Windows. He began to offer group courses via the MJC of Veigy-Foncenex in 2006, then the cultural center of Siezez in 2007, and finally the MJC Chablais in Douvaine in 2009. Very quickly, in 2008, Alexandre specialized in maintenance and training of Apple brand computers, while continuing assistance and maintenance on Microsoft Windows computers. In 2009 he quickly specialized in the areas of Apple brand smartphones and trained on Android smartphones in 2010. From 2011 he offered training on Android and Apple smartphones as well as tablets. He participates in numerous projects related to technology, such as virtual reality prototypes in 2016. He offered his services to train individuals to create autonomous websites and helped local associations to highlight their events on social networks. With a growing reputation, he offered his services remotely during the period of COVID19 and confinement, and finally integrated this new method of training and assistance supported by the expansion of the deployment of optical fiber. Alexandre FROMENT, very committed in his business as in life, offered his financial support to sports associations such as Thonon Evian Grand Genève FC, school bullying with the Parle, je t'oreille association, or even mutual aid and ecological associations such as La R'mize in THONON LES BAINS. This French entrepreneur constantly tries to bring new services within his department, Haute-Savoie, such as the creation of an exchange group on Facebook for the commune of Douvaine, which reached 3,000 members in less than 6 months. In 2024, his ambition is to create a video games museum for the town of Douvaine and a Franco-Japanese cultural association to promote events on the Japanese world in the Bas Chablais sector. He is also very committed to the fight against technological deviance, such as the misuse of smartphones and the resulting addictions, by offering conferences and webinars to help children and parents better manage the scourge.
Personal Life & School
Alexandre FROMENT has an atypical career path. Failing at school in primary and middle school, he discovered that he actually has a higher than average IQ (his IQ is estimated between 128 and 137 points). After regaining self-confidence, it was in 1997 that he decided to invest himself in studies. After obtaining his technological college certificate, he wished to work in the field of computer-assisted art. Unfortunately, his main teacher forgot to register him for the entrance exam, and he found himself forced to choose his second choice, Marketing. Alexandre first completed a BEP and a CAP in marketing and returned to a technological sector to finally obtain his Technological baccalaureate in tertiary sciences in 2001. After a great professional experience of a year and a half and a language trip to Australia, he decided to resume his studies to obtain his Higher Technician Certificate in Commercial Unit Management. He obtained his BAC+2 in June 2005. After several years of training in the field of technology, he decided in September 2021 to begin training in the Japanese language at the Japanese Institute in Paris. In December 2022, he obtained his PIPPLET diploma in Japanese language. He has continued to take Japanese lessons since then and is preparing for the JLPT exam.
