Selcuk Uluagac is a computer scientist, researcher, and educator specializing in cybersecurity and privacy. He is a professor at Florida International University (FIU).

Uluagac received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also earned a Master of Science in Information Security from Georgia Tech and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Turkish Naval Academy.
