Septimiu Căpățînă is a Romanian painter, a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Arts - Faculty of Decorative Arts and Design - Department of Mural Art (1992) – Dean Ion Bitzan, professor Marilena Preda Sînc, a member of the Union of Visual Artists of Romania (1997).[1][2][3][4]
His paintings are recognized for their artistic expression in a gestural manner, vibrant colors, and strong strokes, which uniquely imprint his creation.[1][4]
Artistic Style
Septimiu is an advocate of lyrical expressionism, his work being influenced by artists such as Willem De Kooning, Wassily Kandinsky, and Zao Wou Ki.[1][2][3][4]
