SERA Intelligence AG (also known as SERA) is a Swiss agtech company based in Zurich, Switzerland.[1][2] The company was incorporated in 2020; its founders include Florin Munteanu, Cristian Anastasiu, and William McGehee.[3][4]
History
SERA was entered in the Swiss commercial register in 2020.[3] In 2023, the company changed its legal form from a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbH) to an Aktiengesellschaft (AG).[3]
Funding
SERA has raised external venture financing, including a pre-seed round (2021) and a seed round (2023).[5][6] Investors publicly associated with the company include Cavalry Ventures, Übermorgen Ventures, Underline Ventures, and Ponderosa Ventures.[1][4]
