Seville Jellyfish (Arabic: قناديل اشبيلية ) is a story by Abdulsalam Al-Ajili, published in Arabic in 1984 corresponding to 1393 Hijriya.

Book summary

The story of the Seville Candale,][1] is heralded by Professor Seydoux, a rare, stupid model of Dr. Ajili who saw him in Seville. A poor person with a special type of madness thinks he is from Arab masters and that Seville will regain his ancestral kingdom. Mr. Al-Ajili continued to speak earnestly and listen to him sincerely, and Mr. Al-Ajili continued to hate the hope, suggesting to Al-Ajili his words and movements until he almost believed what he was telling him. About the life of the writer

A writer and a Syrian writer, born in Raqqa in 1918, worked in medicine and politics as well as literature. Abdussalam Ajili died on 5 April 2006 at the age of 88.

About the author's education

He studied in Raqqa, Aleppo and Damascus and graduated from Damascus University as a doctor in 1945.

Author's work

He was elected Vice-President of Raqqa in 1947. He held many ministerial positions in the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Information in 1962, one of the most important stories and novel flags in Syria and the Arab world.
