Shaan Suhas Kumar
Shaan Suhas Kumar is an Indian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Earth India 2017 and represented India at the international Miss Earth 2017 pageant.[1][2]
Pageantry
Kumar was previously declared Miss Earth India Air 2016. In 2017, she was selected to represent India at the Miss Earth 2017 pageant and succeeded Rashi Yadav as Miss Earth India.[3]
Early life and background
Coverage at the time of her pageant win described Kumar as being from Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh.[1] The Telegraph reported that she also has family roots in the Indian state of Bihar.[4]
According to Femina, Kumar worked in the social development sector and joined the Teach For India fellowship in 2012, through which she taught underprivileged children in Mumbai and Pune for two years.[1]
