Shane Bouchard is an American politician and the mayor of Lewiston, Maine[1], Maine’s second largest city.[2] He was sworn in on January 2, 2018.[3], [4] Prior to his election as mayor in 2017, Bouchard served on the Lewiston City Council.[5][6]

Bouchard graduated from Dirigo High School in 1997 and Central Maine Community College in 1998.[7] He is a self-employed landscaper.[8]

First elected to the Lewiston City Council in a 2014 special election, Bouchard went on to win reelection in 2015 before running for mayor in 2017.[9]
