Shapo is a web-based customer review management platform developed by the Israeli company Configo Ltd.[1] The software is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product and is used by organizations to collect, organize and publish customer testimonials.
Features
Shapo offers tools to:
- create shareable forms for collecting text, image and video testimonials;
- import reviews from external services such as Google Business Profiles, Facebook and Yelp;
- moderate testimonials before publication;
- embed review widgets and a dedicated “Wall of Love” page via HTML snippets; and
- generate Schema.org aggregate-rating markup for supported pages.[2]
History
The first public version of Shapo was released in 2023. Later updates added additional import integrations and structured-data automation.
