    Shapr3D is 3D modeling software initially released for iPadOS to work with the Apple Pencil and multi-touch gesturing as a workflow. It has been ported to run on macOS, Windows, and visionOS.[1][2][3]

    History[edit]

    Shapr3D launched using the open source Open Cascade Engine in 2016 but switched over to Parasolid geometric modeling kernel for a better user experience.[4][5] The founder is Istvan Csanady and the company is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.[6] In 2020 Shapr3d won the Apple Design Award.[7]
