Shawn Alexander Thompson (born November 13, 1970 in Annapolis, Maryland) is an American Actor, Producer, and Fight Choreographer best known for his roles on The House That Eats Flesh (2022), Under Three Moons (2022) and Dr. Gift (2022).

Early life

Thompson graduated from Broadneck High School in Annapolis, Maryland where he lettered in Football, Cross Country Running, and Outdoor Track. He also was heavily involved in the Yearbook Club and the Photography Club.

Career

Thompson in the film Roseblood: A Friday the 13th Fan Film (2001)

Thompson got his first role in 2021 where he portrayed the role of "Army Elite Guard Thompson" in the horror film Rose Blood: A Friday the 13th Fan Film alongside Lar Park Lincoln, Terry Kiser, and Kevin Spirtas. a film that place 13 months after Friday The 13th Part VII where we follow Tina Shepard as she is held and studied at the infamous Camp Crystal Lake Research Facility. Tina realizes that she is not alone. There in fact is another New Blood: Rose.

From there he filmed the role of Anthony Ramos in the film Werewolf Cabal alongside Vernon Wells, a film which follows an American author that, during his travel to a small rural town, uncovers a cabal of people who worship Lycanthrope.

Immediately after, Thompson portrayed attorney John Miller in the film Under Three Moons. In Under Three Moons, Justine travels to Idaho to learn more about her real father. There she meets Matt, a country boy who loves the night sky. Together they search for answers surrounding her father's struggle with dementia and his obsession with aliens.

Later in 2021 Thompson landed his first lead role in the horror film The House that Eats Flesh alongside Lisa Wilcox, star of Nightmare of Elm Street 3 and Nightmare of Elm Street 4. In the House that Eats Flesh, Thompson portrayed the killer "Baghead" and also portrayed Mark, a bank robber. In addition, he worked on the Fight Choreography in the film.

In 2022 Thompson worked on Grace By Night alongside Antonio Sabato Jr and Stacey Dash where he portrayed the role of Mr. Lawson.

Awards and honors

Shawn Thompson received the "Richard L. Nelson" Phi Gamma Delta Brotherhood award in his graduating year in college at the University of Central Florida.

In 2016 Mr. Thompson received an award for TEAM from DaVita for his philanthropic work with the local community.

In 2019 Mr. Thompson received the "Snowy Owl" award from Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity.

In 2022 Mr. Thompson was nominated for "Best Supporting Actor". for his role as Wolf in the film "Phantom Bride".

Personal life

Thompson has one daughter, Grace Alexandra Elizabeth Thompson, who was born June 21, 2001 in Orlando Florida and one son, William Tristan Alexander Thompson, born December 31, 2002 in Orlando Florida.

Mr. Thompson currently lives in Daytona Beach, Florida with girlfriend, fellow actress Sabrina Yocum.

Philanthropy

In Mr. Thompson's philanthropic endeavors, in 2011 started and ran an extreme couponing website (The Coupon Hubby), teaching people how to save money while shopping and to provide to local needs organizations

Additionally, he has worked with others to help his local community, and in 2017 started a local charitable organization (Backpacks From the Heart) where he and others distribute filled backpacks to local homeless, local need's groups, provide school supplied to local school children at Edith Stark Elementary School, and Christmas gifts to children at a local shelter. In addition, he and his group have distributed coloring books, stuffed animals, toys and the like to the children at the local pediatric cancer center.

Writings

Thompson has written several poems in his lifetime, several of which have been published in various works.
