Shawn Fedorchuk
Shawn Fedorchuk (born c. 1973 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian editor, visual effects artist, director, and musician. He has been nominated for three Emmy Awards for his work in television, including twice in the Outstanding Title Design category.[1]
In the mid to late 2000s, Fedorchuk was part of the creative teams behind the opening title sequences for The Grid and True Blood as a title designer and editor, respectively.[2] He continues to work as an editor in both film and television.
In music, he is best known as the guitarist, vocalist, and co-founder of the Winnipeg-based noise rock band Kittens.[3][4] The band was originally active from 1992 to 1998 and performed two reunion shows in 2006.[5]
