Shawn Serrano (born May 26, 1995), known professionally as Shawn Wasabi, is an American Music producer, DJ and controllerist.
Early life[edit]
Wasabi was born in Salinas, California to Filipino American parents, on May 26, 1995. His father is from Manila and his mother is from Cebu province, Philippines.
Career[edit]
Wasabi's style of electronic music has gained popularity. Using a mashup of different songs into one using a arcade-inspired midi fighter 64.[1] In 2015 Wasabi mashed up 153 songs live to make a song titled "Marble Soda".[2] In 2017 Wasabi made "Otter Pop" featuring Hollis.[3]
