Sherzod Yusupov Miruvaydovich[1] (Uzbek: [ Sherzod Yusupov Miruvaydovich; born October 13, 1993),  know professionally as Shawn Zod[2] aka DJ Zod[3], is an Uzbek DJ, record producer[4], songwriter, fashion model and actor from Uzbekistan, Samarkand[5]. He primarily produces and performs electric house music.

In 2021, his debut album “Alone[6]” was released, supported by its lead single  "When You Were Mine[7]”  featuring Ife Ayans[8]. Following with single “Falling[9]” featuring Jovani Occomy[10].

Biography[edit]

Shawn Zod  aka  DJ ZOD is an international Disc Jockey. He was born in 1993 October 13 in Uzbekistan, Samarkand. He started his music journey in 2010 when he was 17 years old. He learned DJ ing in Uzbekistan where he is originally from. He has been DJ ing at weddings, bachelor parties,  club-bars such as Kok Saroy, Shodimurod[11], Grand Sultan, The Rooms, Afrosiyob[12], Golos, Rubai Bar, Bochka, and Sharq.

He also graduated one of the best DJ school in Malaysia, Goldsounds Academy[13] in 2019 as a professional DJ, his coaches DJ Goldfish[14] ( Alvin Teoh ), DJ Classick, Kenji Kenneth, Ramsey Westwood, DJ Junaa, Nishen Raven and  DJ Sikflow.
