Sheila Hunter (1924-2002) is an Australian author known for four books: Mattie coming of age in convict Australia, The Heather to the Hawkesbury, Ricky: The story of a boy in colonial Australia, and Reef Holiday. All four books were published posthumously by her family. Her books were accepted for sale by major Australian and International retailers[1] [2] [3] [4]

Mattie was first published in 2015, and is 288 pages long[7].

The Heather to the Hawkesbury[8][edit]

The Heather to the Hawkesbury was first published in 2015, and is 404 pages long.

Ricky: The story of a boy in colonial Australia[9][edit]

Ricky was first published in 2015 and is 275 pages long

Reef Holiday [10][edit]

Reef Holiday was first published in 2016, and is considerably shorter than Hunter's other books at 102 pages.
