Sheldon Simeon is an American chef and restaurateur. He competed on season 10 and season 14 of the US television reality cooking competition series Top Chef. He won fan favorite on both seasons. He owns multiple restaurants in Hawaii, including Tin Roof and Tiffany's.
Early life
Simeon was born in Hilo, Hawaii.[1] He learned his love of cooking from his parents.[1]
Career
Simeon has been a semifinalist for several James Beard Foundation Awards, including Best Chef Northwest & Pacific 2023 and 2024.[2]. In 2021, he published Cook Real Hawai'i, a cookbook dedicated to Hawaiian cuisine.[3]
Television appearances
Simeon has appeared twice on the cooking competition show Top Chef. He was voted Fan Favorite in season 10 and season 14.[4] [5]
