Shimmy was given the opportunity to play a role in classic R&B song "The Rain’s Artist & Writer Oran Juice Jones's Documentary based in Harlem (currently not available online). After gaining 11,000+ Subscribers on his Channel at the time (GeekGodShimmyTV), Shimmy' His most popular video's were "I Just Want The BRAIN (Shimmy Rock)" "Why You On My D*#k (The Rant Series) and his "Nicki Minaj - Beez In The Trap" Parody that went semi Viral in the YouTube Community, leading him bigger opportunities later down the road such as being collaborated with Maker Max (RPM Network) & Disney Digital Network.[5]

Johnson was investigated for a $1,000,000 bank fraud scheme in Poughkeepsie, NY between 2013 and 2018, as he was labeled the “face” of over 250 bank accounts being scammed in the area. Johnson was released from investigations once it was proven that Johnson wasn’t in the area for times of crime and fraud complaints.
Johnson was incarcerated in Orange County Corrections in Orlando, Florida for an AirBNB Heist he pulled in 2017, after renting the AirBNB to repost it for renting, and then was caught with a fingerprint pawning items from the AirBNB. At the same time, he was indicted for a Check Scheme in which involved a business account being opened at the Bank, and a $7k To $80k Deposit and withdrawal occurred, he was convicted and sentenced to 150 Days, but was able to get out earlier due to a loophole he found in the Classification office.
Due to the disputes between the rival of Johnson, during the time in Westchester DOC, Johnson bullied several inmates and forced some inmates to be beaten, raped, and abused for going against the way he operates or affiliating with his enemies.
During his incarceration at Westchester Department of Corrections, Johnson ended up being the fault of the death and passing of 2 correctional officers, whom died while on the units in which held Damien Johnson. He was given a Obstruction of Governmental Administration charge and later time served as the facility had no evidence to prove guilt and the camera's had no audio.
