Shingyeong University
Shingyeong University is located in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. This school has one of the shortest history in Korea. It was established in 2000, but was not formal university. It became formal university in 2004 and students could enter from 2005. It has 15 officers and 300 students. This school is encouraging an IT department.
