Shiu Fai Terrace (Chinese: 肇輝台; pinyin: Zhào huī tái) is a cul-de-sac and traditional luxury residential estate in Mid-Levels, Hong Kong Island, located on a hill west of the Happy Valley Catholic Cemetery, with Stubbs Road leading to the Peak from Wan Chai as the entrance. Shiu Fai Terrace mainly consists of low- to medium-density residential projects and quiet inner streets, making it like a small community. Due to the open landscape of the housing estate, residents can see the Happy Valley Racecourse, Bowen Road, Wan Chai and other scenery.[1][2]

This block was named by businessman Kan Hung Chiu (簡孔昭), whose courtesy name was Shiu Fai (肇輝) and who was one of the founding shareholders of Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Company Limited (南洋兄弟煙草股份有限公司). The road is lined with traditional luxury homes.[3][4]
