Shriram Properties [6] [7] started in 1995 and is a part of the INR 90,000 crore [8][9] Financial group, Shriram Group [10][11] founded by R. Thyagarajan [12]. They have presence across South India [13] [14] - Bangalore, Chennai, Vizag, Coimbatore and also in Kolkota[9], with a portfolio consisting of 20 million sq. ft. of built-up space. Murali Malayappan [16] [17] is the CEO & MD of Shriram Properties. An alumnus of Harvard Business School [18] is also the Non Executive Chairman of Shriram Group managing the non financial services of the group.
