Shyster (fishing lure)

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

A shyster in fishing is a kind of lure used as artificial bait. The lure has been successful in catching freshwater pan fish.[1][2] The lure has been reported "a favorite" from the 1950s to catch "schooling fish"[3] and can be effective for catching bass.[4]

The small spinners often used by panfish anglers also are effective bass-catchers.
