Sikh Riders of America is an American nonprofit motorcycle club that was founded in Bakersfield, California in 2012. Their insignia is Khanda, the Sikh Khalsa emblem, superimposed on an American flag. The group often organizes fundraising rides.[3] The motorcycle club aims to spread awareness of Sikhs, especially since Sikhs have become victims of hate crimes in America post-9/11.[4][5] This club was formed after neo-nazi gunman Wade Michael Page opened fire on a Sikh Gurudwara in Wisconson on August 5th, 2012.[6][7]

The organization has donated to Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, the AFS Foundation, Kern River Blue Star Mothers, the Kern Law Enforcement Association, the 999 Foundation, and the American Legion.[3] Fundraising events often feature Punjabi music and food, dance, a raffle, and much more.[2]
