Silas Eneyo is a Nigerian medical doctor, writer and historian.[1] He was the former Commissioner, Rivers State Ministry of Health under the administration of Celestine Omehia and Chairman Rivers State hospital management board.[2] He was appointed as a delegate representing the South South Nigeria by H. E Goodluck Jonathan, Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria at the 2014 Nigerian National Conference otherwise known as Confab.[3]
