The company was co-founded by Hed Kovetz (CEO), Yaron Kassner (CTO), and Matan Fattal in 2016.[2]
In March 2021 the company signed a strategic partnership with Microsoft[3] to enable organizations to consolidate Identity and Access Management for all their devices, applications and environments on Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD).
As of 2024, the company has approximately 300 employees worldwide.[2]
