Sinan Cem Eroglu is a Turkish musician, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer born in 1986 in Ankara, lives in Hamburg, Germany. Gratuated from Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory as the highest ranked student in 2009. Finished his M.Mus. as the highest ranked student again in 2011. Participated to international concerts, albums, soundtracks, TV and radio shows with his kaval, fretless guitar, kopuz, and vocal performances including Mezzo TV, BBC Radio 3. He gave workshops about Turkish Music and Fretless Guitar in Berklee College of Music in USA, Florida School of Music in USA, Codarts World Music Academy in Netherlands, Orientalische Musikakademie Mannheim eV in Germany, Music Gavleborg in Sweden, Akademie der Künste in Berlin. Worked as a lecturer in Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory between 2010 and 2013.

He established the first microtonal guitar duo in the World with Dr. Tolgahan COGULU and played in Miami International GuitART Festival, II. International Sarajevo Guitar Festival, XIX. International Santo Tirso Guitar Festival, and Berlin II. International Baglama Symposium. He established the first Fretless Guitar department in the World in Istanbul Medipol University.

He has 2 solo and 3 duo albums. His music combines Turkish and Middle Eastern Maqam scale and improvisation stlyes with Western music disciplines. Played for lots of international music festivals with his bands. Last album "hemdem" was broadcasted on all over the World radio stations (US, Japan, Spain, Australia, Greece, Luxembourg etc.), and entered to the Transglobal World Music Chart March 2018 list at no. 18 among 40 albums. Except his solo career, he plays with Niyaz feat. Azam ALI.
