SingularityNET

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

SingularityNET is the first full-stack AI platform to run on a decentralized protocol. It is designed to facilitate the cooperation and coordination of AIs at scale and allows narrow AIs to be interoperable with each other so as to bring about artificial general intelligence. AI developers from all over the world can participate in the global network of AI algorithms, services, and agents. The platform's governance is democratized so that its participants can vote to decide on future developments.

SingularityNET was founded by Dr. Ben Goertzel, Simone Giacomelli, and David Hanson. The SingularityNET team is comprised of engineers, scientists, researchers, entrepreneurs, and marketers, as well as specialized teams developing solutions in the areas of robotics and biomedical AI.

The nonprofit SingularityNET Foundation is based in the Netherlands and raised $36 million dollars during its token generation event on December 21, 2017, which finished in 66 seconds. [1] SingularityNET has multiple spinoffs, including Singularity Studio, Singularity AI, Rejuve, and Nunet.
