Sisomphone Vongpharkdy

Sisomphone Vongpharkdy (born 5 December 1977) is a Laotian runner who competed at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics in the 4 × 100 metres relay and the 100m event respectively.[1] He was the flag bearer of Laos during the 2000 Summer Olympics opening ceremony.[2]
