Six Shooter Country.[1], based http://www.sixshootercountry.com, is a music news and reviews website that specialises in country and Americana music. Based out of the UK, it has been operating since January 2015 and played a part in the growth of the country music scene in the UK. The site contains news, album reviews, opinion pieces, live reviews, interviews and a UK tour guide.
History[edit]
After being founded as a small blog in mid-2014, Six Shooter Country bought the domain name in January 2015. At this point they'd only featured live and album reviews, however following this the site grew to feature six new writers and many feature interviews, the first of which was with Oscar-winning songwriter Ryan Bingham[2]
The website was relaunched with a new design in August 2016.

Over the years Six Shooter Country has featured many interviews with some of the biggest artists in country music. This includes Brothers Osborne[3], Drake White[4], Kristian Bush[5], Midland[6], Danielle Bradbury[7], Old Dominion[8], Gretchen Peters[9] and many more.
