Skullcap Crew

Skullcap Crew is a nickname given to a group of five Chicago Police officers in a gang tactical unit[1] who have been the subject of abuse complaints by citizens.[2][3] They have also won praise within the Chicago Police Department. They have been involved in more than 20 federal lawsuits.[4] The officers include: Edwin Utreras, Robert Stegmiller, Christ Savickas, Andrew Schoeff and Joseph Seinitz.[4]
