Småtindtjønna

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Småtindtjønna, also known as Småtindtjørna or Smatindtjorna, is a small lake in Norway, located in the Rana municipality of Nordland county. [1] The lake is quite isolated from civilization, with the nearest structure being a hut called Jordbekken, about 2 miles east of the lake. The hut is built near Andfjellveien, a road that leads north to Saltfjellveien highway. Småtindtjønna is connected via narrow rivers to the significantly larger Jijhtoejaevrie and Jordbekkvatnan lakes, as well as to many unnamed ponds, inlets, and creeks.[2] Småtindtjønna sits 760 meters (2,943 feet) above sea level, and is positioned at the coordinates 66.4113°, 15.081°.[1] The lake's latitude places it just south of the Arctic Circle, which rests at 66.5° north.
