Smita Bajoria
Smita Bajoria is an entrepreneur and businesswoman from Kolkata. She is also a social worker, an award-winning equestrian and an avid art enthusiast. Bajoria serves as the Honorary Consul General of Denmark in Kolkata and has been knighted with the Order of the Danneborg by the Ambassador of Denmark in India.[1]
Career
Smita Bajoria is an active Director in the SK Bajoria Group, the multinational conglomerate headed by her husband Shishir Bajoria.[2] She has created and manages the Ganges Art Gallery, a prominent art gallery in Kolkata which organizes and curates shows of modern and contemporary artists from India and abroad.[3] She is also the founder of Essentially Healthy Private Ltd, an SK Bajoria Group Company which owns Surite – a one-stop digital healthcare solution app today for easy and affordable access to healthcare products and services.[4] Smita Bajoria has been serving as the Honorary Consul General of Denmark in Kolkata.[5]
