From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Brian Hodgson, Bobby Cochran and Mike Bell

Somethin' Else! is a rock and roll band formed by guitarist and singer Bobby Cochran, nephew of Eddie Cochran, along with Mike Bell (keyboards) and Brian Hodgson (bass), both former members of Albert Lee's band Hogan's Heroes.[1]

Bobby Cochran[edit]

Nashville, based Bobby Cochran (guitar/vocals) was influenced at an early age to pursue a life in music by his uncle Eddie Cochran.

His career to date has seen him work with many successful acts including The Flying Burrito Brothers and Steppenwolf along with musicians such as Leon Russell, Bob Weir (The Grateful Dead) and Kenny Gradney (Little Feat).

Bobby is known for his virtuoso display of electrifying rock, country and blues.[2]

Brian Hodgson[edit]

London-based Brian Hodgson was a founding member of Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes and spent over 20 years in the band.

With a background in songwriting, production and touring, Brian's credits include Matchbox, Billy Fury, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Sonny Curtis and Lonnie Donegan.

Despite being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2007, Brian continued to lead an active musical career. His 2015 Testimonial Concert in London upon his announcement that he was retiring from the band was a sell-out with guests such as Chas & Dave, Marty Wilde, Albert Lee and Steely Dan's Elliot Randall.[3]

Mike Bell[edit]

Mike Bell (keyboards) was also a founding member of Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes and had a 12-year association with the band.

He currently lives in Luxembourg where he continues to write and record.

A highly accomplished pianist, Mike's credits also include tours with Benny Gallagher and Dennis Locorriere (Dr. Hook).[4]
