Sone Ntoh (born c. 2001) is an American football running back who is a free agent. He played college football at Harvard University and Monmouth University, and signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft.[1]

Early life

Ntoh grew up in Macungie, Pennsylvania and attended Emmaus High School. A standout running back, he rushed for 2,924 yards and 46 touchdowns during his high school career and served as a team captain. His progression from a local high school athlete to an NFL training camp invitee was later highlighted by regional media.[2]

College career

Harvard

Ntoh began his collegiate football career at Harvard University, where he played for the Crimson as a power running back. He contributed primarily in short-yardage and goal-line situations and was part of multiple Ivy League championship teams. His time at Harvard was later referenced in coverage of Ivy League players pursuing professional opportunities.[3]

Monmouth

After earning his undergraduate degree from Harvard, Ntoh transferred to Monmouth University as a graduate student. In the 2023 season, he scored 14 rushing touchdowns, tying for the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) lead and earning Second Team All-CAA honors.[4]

During the 2024 season, Ntoh set the Monmouth single-season record with 25 rushing touchdowns and led the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) in total touchdowns with 26. He was named First Team All-CAA and scored at least one touchdown in every game that season. Ntoh received AP All-America Honorable Mention recognition following the season.[5]

Professional career

Following the 2025 NFL Draft, Ntoh signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent. National media outlets cited his prolific touchdown production at Monmouth as a key factor in his signing, while roster updates confirmed his inclusion in the Ravens’ 90-man offseason roster.Following the 2025 NFL Draft, Ntoh signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent.[6]

Ntoh earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Harvard University and completed graduate studies at Monmouth University obtaining his MBA from the Leon Hess Business School while continuing his football career.[11]
