Sonny Aiden Marmon (born November 16, 2008) is an American Bodybuilder, Model, and Influencer. Time magazine named Sonny "Youngest Bodybuilder"
Sonny marmon first gained attention after attending his first youth bodybuilding competition at only (13yrs) he shockingly took 1st place, the judges of that competition were truly impressed in his physique for his young age.
He Was reached out by several modeling agencies and brands after his first bodybuilding competition and took Front cover of time magazine as "youngest bodybuilder".
Sonny received more popularity on social medias, he mostly posted motivational pictures and videos, or competition videos also brand based colabs that were majorly advertised. He unexpectedly got banned on instagram in 2022 but was survived by his backup account "Sxnnyboy".

Sonny Marmon is a (16yr old) Bodybuilder, a popular model, and an influencer.
Sonny Started lifting weights at the age of 12 with the support of his father Spencer Marmon, Sonny became really active in weight lifting and took training and school weight classes, later on, Sonny started to get involved in PowerLifting and Bodybuilding competitions at the age of 13-14, Sonny took 1st place in 4 consecutive years in bodybuilding competitions.
Sonny can be seen on the covers of Time magazines and others, he made his appearance in 2021 on the cover of Time magazine as "The youngest bodybuilder" he began to get more popular after that, and soon he was getting reached out by more modeling agencies and did more photo shoots and commercials with brands and companies.
Sonny began to get more followers on social media after getting noticed more for what he was doing, he would usually post gym motivation videos or photoshoots with brands that were advertised on Instagram. His Instagram account was banned for an unknown reason, but was survived by his backup account "SxnnyBoy". He currently has 13k+ followers as off 11/29/23.
Sponsorships and collaborations[edit]
Sonny Marmon had several colabs and sponsorships with the following brands: Wrecked, Ryse, C4, Calvin Klein, Fruit of The Loom, Adidas, Nike, Bucked up, MuscleTech, Flexpromeals, and Titan.
He mostly did photoshoots with the products, and few commercials with them. He was most popular by his (now removed of 2022) Nike commercial. He had plenty of collaborations with pre-workouts and fitness products.
Powerlifting and weightlifting[edit]
During Sonny Marmon's younger years in bodybuilding, he also competed in several Weightlifting and powerlifting contests. Sonny's first professional competition was in 2021 and he won two weightlifting contests in 2020 and 2021, as well as two powerlifting contests in 2019 and 2022.
Accidents / injuries[edit]
On December 9, 2021, he had a unexpected seizure after one of his competitions, the reasons of the seizure is still unknown and the medical files for the incident are private.
Sonny saved a male at the gym who was seen to be having a heart attack on a bench, he ran up and used a AED machine on him, luckily the male survived and is currently in good condition now.
Sonny was skiing and ran into a tree and fractured his wrists and broke 3 ribs, medical attention was seeked instantly and He is fully recovered from that incident. (Wild Mountain Located in Taylor Falls, Minnesota)
Public Image[edit]
Sonny has been involved with the Youth Bodybuilding competitions for many years, Sonny Marmon was the official spokesperson for the Youth bodybuilding competition in twin cities held in Twin cities, Minnesota. Sonny believes that quality school opportunities should be made available to children who might not normally be able to access them. He has also been involved with After-School All-Stars. ASAS is an after school program provider, educating youth about health, fitness and nutrition.
Sonny, who played football as a boy, grew up watching The minnesota vikings.
