Sophia Constantine is the Morning Anchor for Spectrum News 1 in Ohio.

Prior to moving to Ohio, Sophia worked in Texas at KLTV and KTRE as an anchor, reporter and producer. While at KLTV, Sophia received her first Emmy nomination for field anchoring tornado coverage in 2017.

Some of the larger stories Sophia has covered include the Waco, Texas biker gang shootout at Twin Peaks, the SCOTUS announcement of same-sex marriage, and the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando.

Sophia holds an Associate of Arts degree from The University of South Florida St. Petersburg, a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Texas and a Master of Arts degree from Toulouse Graduate School at The University of North Texas.

In her spare time, Sophia practices hot yoga and is an active hiker. Her favorite hiking companion is her 9-year-old labrador retriever, Zeva.
