Sophia Corine Olivia Reola (born October 10, 2008),[1] professionally known as Sophia Reola is a Filipino-American actress and commercial model.
Early Life[edit]
Sophia Corine Reola is the daughter of a Filipino-American father, Jordan Reola and her Filipina-American mother, Stephanie Reola. Her Parents raised her in New Mexico, United States.[2]
Career[edit]
Beginnings (2015)[edit]
Reola was only 4 years old when they moved in the Philippines. When she was 6, she was offered modeling work for TV commercials and print ads.[2]
Debut and Her Minor roles (2015-2018)[edit]
Reola made her acting debut on ABS-CBN's Longest running kid-oriented show Goin' Bulilit.[3] In 2016, she joined Team Yey! as recurring host, later became as a main host. She had minor role on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida block FPJ's Ang Probinsyano (2016) as young Alyana Arevalo, Pusong Ligaw (2017) as young Vida Verdadero, Bagani (2018) as the imaginary daugther of Lakas and Ganda, And on Ngayon at Kailanman (2018) as young Eva Mapendo / Angela Cortes.
Reola also appeared on 4 episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya, Her first episode on Maalaala Mo Kaya was called "Medical Result".[4]
Rising Popularity & Success (2019-2020)[edit]
In 2019, Reola starred on late-morning drama series Nang Ngumiti ang Langit where she portrays Michaela MikMik S. Villaluna, who grew up close to her mother, only to discover that his mother is sick and in her efforts to help treat it, she uncovers the truth that her Mom is a child outside of a Salvador.[5] In 2020, She played as Rita Cordero in Almost Paradise.
