Sound Boi is the first studio album by Nigerian singer Admaz. It was released on January 1, 2021, through 45 Records & GMD Entertainment. the album explores other musical styles such as afrobeats, dancehall, ragga, konto, highlife, and afropop. Sound Boi comprises 9 tracks and features collaborations with Jimi pro, Jaymey young, Solex balery, and Solex cee, among others. Its production was handled by Kinz wonder and endeetone among others. The album was supported by the singles "Adura (Pray)" and "Miami". Sound Boi received generally positive reviews from music critics, who praised its production and considered it to be one of Admaz's most accomplished albums yet. In January 2021, Admaz will embark on the Sound Boi Central Abj Tour to support the album.

Background

In May 2020, Admaz told Abj music magazine that Sound Boi was nearly complete. In November, he announced on Instagram that the album would be released on january 1. The announcement marked his return to social media. Prior to making the announcement, he briefly broke his social media hiatus when he performed at the 2020 King Abj concert. On November 24, 2020.
