History
Source Travel Group Ltd was established on 11 October 2021 in Liverpool, England, with Heather May Fletcher as the founding director. In November 2022, Adam Joseph Thornhill was appointed director following Fletcher’s resignation.[1][2]
In 2024, the company expanded into technology with the launch of a division called Source Labs. That same year, it entered into a commercial partnership with Mansfield Town F.C. as both sleeve sponsor and official travel partner.[3][4][5]
On 7 January 2025, Companies House initiated a compulsory strike-off process, and the company was officially dissolved on 25 March 2025.[1]
Sustainability initiatives
Source Travel partnered with Ecologi on a sustainability project, funding the planting of more than 100 trees and contributing to an estimated reduction of 10 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.[6]
Awards
In 2023, Source Travel won the "Best Use of Social Media – Travel" category at the UK Business Awards.[7]
