Founded in 1997 Space.City is an independent, not-for-profit organization in Seattle, WA dedicated to the discussion of art, architecture, and urbanism. It's most notable for facilitating stimulating lectures for artists and architects whose topics cover the spectrum of creative and innovative thinking.
Space.City also hosts salons, urban design forums, and several panel-style symposia. They collaborated with former Seattle mayor, Paul Schell, in a design forum on "Libraries of the Future." [1]
A list of past lecturers and event posters can be found on spacecityseattle.org. The in-person lectures are commonly held at the Seattle Central Library
