Space Exploration and Research Team (SERT UK), is a private Aerospace Engineering company based in the UK. The aim of SERT is to produce rockets capable of going to Mars, in order to become a Multi-Planetary Species. It was founded in 2018 by Mijanur Rahman with the goal of reducing space transportation costs and enabling the colonisation of distant planets and/or Moons of Jupiter.
SERT are currently still in the development stage, however have designed the fundamentals of their rocket, Typhon-1, an Orbital Class launch vehicle. it will be powered by 7 Aurora-1 engines, thrust capability currently unknown.
