History:[edit]

Founded in 2010 by Michael Chalhoub, a young entrepreneur with a passion for sport, Sport360 began as a newspaper offering the latest news from the world of sport, as well as match previews, predictions, head-to-head comparisons, analysis and interviews. The publisher’s website, Sport360.com, was introduced soon after which offered a more elaborate variety of content including live scores, videos, photo galleries etc. In 2013, the Arabic version of the website was launched - a move that was well received by native speakers of the language based in the GCC. A few years later, a Sport360 smartphone app was released for Android & iOS users, allowing them to consume sports news and live scores on the go. Today, Sport360.com is one of the largest sports news platforms in the Middle East with a constant growth in its following.

Events:[edit]

Sport360 also owns an events division responsible for organizing B2B, B2C and mass-participation sporting events. Some of the notable events to Sport360’s credit include the Sports Industry Awards, Middle East Fitness Awards, National School Leagues and the Beach Run Series.
