On April 29, 2022 a stabbing occured outside Spring Valley High School in Spring Valley, New York, In the incident, a 19-year-old student was the victim of the stabbing, resulting in severe injuries. Additionally, another student experienced a knife wound, while a third student endured a forceful punch to the face. [1][2]

As the school day was ending at Spring Valley High School, security personnel swiftly responded to a disturbance in the school parking lot.
Reports indicated that an argument had broken out among students.
The Spring Valley Police Department School Resource Officer, along with the school's security team, promptly intervened and successfully resolved the altercation.
However, two students sustained lacerations from a knife, while a third student experienced minor abrasions to the face. These details have been confirmed by school officials. [3][4][5]
