Spyrosoft is a Poland-based information technology services group founded in 2016. It provides software development and IT consultancy services for clients in sectors including finance, automotive, Industry 4.0, healthcare, geospatial services, and media..[1][2].

The group works across the software product lifecycle, with services including enterprise and embedded software development, artificial intelligence solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, and digital product design[3]. It operates internationally, with offices and delivery centres in several countries, including Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Croatia, Romania, Norway, the United States, India, and Argentina.

History

Spyrosoft was founded in 2016 by IT and business professionals, including Konrad Weiske, Andrew Radcliffe, and Sebastian Łękawa[10][1].

In 2017, Spyrosoft and the German company GOD formed a joint venture, GOD Nearshore SE, with operations in Poland[11].

In February 2020, Spyrosoft debuted on NewConnect, the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative market[12], and in 2022, it transferred to the Exchange’s main market[13].

In 2022, Spyrosoft began integration with Better Software Group, a media and entertainment technology provider[14].The business was rebranded as Spyrosoft BSG in 2024[15]

In July 2024, Spyrosoft acquired a 57.5% stake in Codibly, a software company specialising in e-mobility and renewable energy solutions[16].
