The St. Joseph's College, Jakhama Students' Council SJCJSC is the apex students' body at St. Joseph's College, Jakhama.[2]
The council is an organisation independent from the College but officially recognised by the college administration as the sole umbrella organisation of all student in the college.
History[edit]
The idea of a students' council representing all SJC students was conceived as soon as the college was established in the year 1985. The Students' council was then affiliated to the All Nagaland College Students' Union.
Executive Committee[edit]
The Executive Committee is the executive branch of the council, responsible for the day-to-day administration of the council. It also possesses the authority of representing all council members to participate in external affairs.
Headed by the President and Vice-President of the council.
