The Community Reporter is an American, English-language nonprofit monthly newspaper, covering St. Paul’s West End neighborhoods (from downtown to Fort Snelling) since 1972. Originally founded in the late 1960s as a joint venture between the Ramsey Action Program, the Fort Road Federation, the West Seventh Community Center, and the West Seventh Neighborhood Center, the Community Reporter focuses on neighborhood businesses; local and regional issues of health, education, and equity; and other nonprofit organizations.[2] It is delivered to approximately 10,000 homes and available free at retailers throughout the West End.
