[1]The Mauser 45 Kurz sometimes referred to as the StG 45K, was a prototype assault rifle developed by Mauser for the Wehrmacht at the end of World War II, using a gas-operated design, with a tilting block bolt. It fired the 7.92×33mm Kurz.
