Stampy Cat is a fictional character and the protagonist in all of the children's books written and illustrated by Crystal Williams-Hopson.
History On Character
Stampy Cat was created by American author, illustrator and conservationist Crystal Williams-Hopson. The idea of Stampy was when Hopson revealed that her favorite animal is a cat on her Facebook page. In 1983, Hopson started her journey on writing books for children featuring the Stampy Cat character she created. Later in 1986, she has a total of 15 books. At lease the Stampy Cat character and books are now extremely popular around the world.
About Stampy Cat
Stampy is a fun-loving young cat that lives with his mom, dad and little sister in the fictional town of Pinewood Village which is a animal resident town. He has lots of friends he plays with and also goes to school with including William Beaver, Polly Reindeer, Fizzy Elephant, Ollie Otter, Sqaishey Duck etc. He enjoys the great outdoors and is an outside person. He enjoys going to places including shopping, going to school, visiting his grandparents and more.
